Shipping & Return Policy
Order Process Time
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Standard Shipping: $7.95 flat rate
- Express Shipping: Depends on the order value
$20 per order flat rate for standard shipping with tracking number
Delivery Time Estimations
- Average transit times with Standard Shipping: 3 - 8 Business days
- Average transit times with Express Shipping: 1 - 3 Business days
- Average transit times with Standard Shipping: 10 - 14 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.
Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us, in this case, BannetonMan is not responsible to ship the order to you for the second time.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date you receive your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are manufacture defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: PO Box 99 , Claremont, TAS, 7011, Australia.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (from us to you) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
