How to Use:
Fit the dough into the banneton after you have sprinkled flour on it. When the dough has proofed, gently place it upside down on your baking blade; this will keep its shape in the oven.
Please Note:
It is not advisable to use the banneton in an oven. Proofing can be done at a temperature above room temperature, but baking requires removing the dough.
